VemmaBuilder Scam Or Not A Scam? Vemma Vitamin Drink Scam...

Watch for the suckers...Vemma Scam Review here... The new hot MLM Vemma Builder is definitely something you need to BEWARE of getting scammed into. Guys, please take heed and watch your wallet with this one!

First off, try going to their actual website and get info: the whole thing is just an email submit for if you want to make money with the Vemma Builder. Sounds like a scam to me! It looks like all they want to promote on their own site is just how you can make money from home with no selling and such. But what about the greatness of the product? Makes me think the VemmaBuilder is a scam! Or maybe the Vemma Energy drink is a scam? I dunno, but it the product is so great, then why is it easier to find people looking to grab more MLM downline than it is to find the actual product? You see what I'm getting at? Looks like a bunch of scammers who would scam anything, but Vemma is just the literal flavor of the month!

Of course, what I write here is just my opinion, and you should not take this as official company info; I am just a blogger who doesn't want others to get scammed with more MLM crap!

Here is what I could find out after searching a long time about the Vemma Vitamin Drinks:

Every delicious two-ounce shot of Vemma contains:

12 full-spectrum vitamins in liquid suspension for superior absorbability

65 major, trace and ultra-trace ionic, life-giving, plant-sourced minerals

A powerful antioxidant base of wildcrafted whole fruit mangosteen and pericarp

Organic, glyconutrient-rich aloe vera

Decaffeinated, phytonutrient-rich organic green tea

If your hectic lifestyle is keeping you from getting the recommended daily nutrients, Vemma is your added "wellness insurance" for filling in your diet's nutritional gaps.

But seriously, have looked at this stuff? It looks like someone drained a zit into a bottle and mixed it with vomit! NASTY. It's a nast Vemma Scam! LOL

Guys, bottom line here is this product appears to be just another "get healthy with this drink" kinda thing and since it is marketed network-marketing style, the lead generating and downline gathering seems to very much overshadow the product itself.
Therein is what makes VemmaBuilder and Vemma Vitamin Drink a scam!

Your comments are welcome, but you will still be wrong if you think you can make money with this scam! This has been an independent opinion about Vemma Builder and VemmaBuilder Scam.

  1. Vemma is totally a scam. Its not just the Vemma drink stuff that is a scam, it is this MLM garbage called the Vemma builder that is the true scam. Vultures is what these vemma scammers are! Vultures and they know it!

  2. I find it interesting that these people spend 98% of their energy on promoting how to get rich quick rather than on their product. They spam your e-mail under the guise that you signed up for something and are making money unbeknownst to you. Fact is if their product is so great, why would they want to cut anyone in on the profits?! Fact is their is nothing to differentiate their product against the other products out their just like it. Just check any health food store for yourself. This is just another marketing scam to sell product at the publics expense under the guise of a "get rich quick" scheme. My advise to anyone reading this article is save your time and money and use it for something more constructive. As a wise man once said; "If it looks to good to be true then it probably is!"

  3. LOL!!!!! I just love reading the garbage that unmotivated individuals post about Vemma. I earn over 10K a week with Vemma and have been for over a year. I work my ass off and the only time someone believes that it works is by showing them my checks and even then they don’t put in the effort like I did. Vemma sells over a billion a year in product, so ask yourself, if it’s a scam, why is Vemma selling over a billion a year and the independent reps a reaping the rewards like me. Some people are just built to work for others punching a clock jus t getting by in life.

    1. Why Anonymous? aren't you "proud" of your success and want more people under you? You also only talk about the money, is the product the scam? is it bad? Why can't I buy this stuff from anyone? not even a distributor will sell you any.

  4. actually, your greedy ass comments make us realize why Vemma IS A SCAM you ass-hat! You care about USING people to make more money and when they fail, you call them lazy! Go ahead money man, screw more Vemma Builders!
BTW--if you make 10K per month with the Vemma Scam, why are you searching that term and finding this blog?? Hmmm?
Oh yeah, you are an Ass-Hat!

  5. You used the word US in your first sentence. One person can't speak for everyone. Do your research. You should really start out reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. One lesson I learned in life, surround yourself with successful and influential people and you increase your chances greatly to succeed in life. If you surround yourself with negative people, you will always get the same results they are. And the answer to your question, I tripped across this site, I don’t make it a habit to read negative feedback nor do I watch the news because it’s negative as well. And before you respond, when I posted this comment on hear, I booked marked it just to see how someone would respond. You really need to look at the individuals in your life like I did and realize they may be the ones holding you back in life.

  6. My comment was never meant to insult anyone. Remember this; you have to fail in life to succeed. I have failed myself trying many different opportunities and I learned from my lessons and I spent the last 13 years failing until I succeeded. MLM will never work unless you have a great leader. Trust me, it's not easy but you can't give up. Again, I recommend reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

  7. I use the Vemma products daily and have noticed a major difference in my life as well as my family's lives. My father's blood pressure and sugar is better, my sister's bipolar and arthritis is better, my two sons have more energy for their school work in the evenings, my energy at work has increases and yes my wife no longer has to work. I haven't scammed anyone, I shared this with my friends and family and the product spoke for itself. If you think it is a scam than you have either tried to get rich quick and failed (which has made you bitter) or you have not given the product an honest trial for yourself. Why would the Phoenix Suns, Dr. Oz, Men's Health Magazine, and Ms. Fitness Magazine all endorse this product. Seems like to me the ones calling this a scam have no evidence to back their claims, yet Vemma does. By the way it tastes great.

  10. The scam is that you will have to use up your family and friends in order to make money with Vemma.

  11. It's about marketing, more than just your friends and family. Every successful company has to market. Even with your attitude, if you’re willing to learn the correct way, I just may be willing to teach and prove you wrong. What motivates me in live is when someone tells me it can’t be done and that’s the attitude you have to have for success.

  13. I've tried Vemma and researched it a bit and the product seems to be a pretty good one.

However the multi-level marketing scheme that they use to sell it does seem to be a bit of a scam. It's basically a pyramid scheme, right?

I went to one of their "meetings" and I was puzzled by it. I expected them to say "We have a good product here, you can make good money selling it -- if you'd like. And here's how you do it." Instead the guy running the meeting spent time running around the "audience" (Vemma salesmen) getting testimonials, put a lot of energy into basically saying that they sell it out of the goodness of their hearts, and never really explained how you sell the stuff. And I didn't fully understand how the pyramid scheme worked.

Is it a good product -- but does Vemma suspect that it may be something of a fad? You know, people buy it for a certain ammount of time -- then move onto the next newest thing.. Mary Kay cosmetics aren't a scam, but how many people are able to honestly make a living off of it?? Or how about Amway?

  14. It is no different than any other multi-vitamin. All the claims are marketing - they are not reviewed or approved by the FDA. If you feel better from taking it, it is because your body needed the vitamins it was lacking and ANY multi-vitamin would have done this for you -there is some truth in the "scam" aspect in that you don't need to pay more or drink from a cute fancy bottle to get the effect. Just talk to your doctor or look in any health aisle or store and pick a cost-effective multi-vitamin that meets the daily requirements. That bunk about liquick form and absorbability is just marketing and doesn't have clinical impact at the end of the day.

    ReplyDelete
  15. What people don't understand is, a site like this can pick what comments are posted. I just posted several comments and they never posted it. This site is a scam.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I would love it if the owner of this site would post all of my comments.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Not all multi vitamins are alike! You are missing crucial education if you think that to be true. Your body does absorb certain forms better than others. Don't make comments if you don't have the Clinical knowledge. There are some super crappy multi vitamins on the self.

  19. If you all did your due diligence you will see the results. An independent laboratory http://brunswicklabs.com/index.shtml conducted a double blinded placebo test and the results shows that the liquid (Vemma) formula is what it contains. You can contact Brunswick Labs like I did and obtain a copy or you can see it at http://www.scribd.com/doc/3791039/Brunswick-Study-1 and for those of you that are saying just go to the vitamin store and get a multi-vitamin...please get real. As a personal trainer holding 4 different certifications and a cancer survivor, I am VERY skeptical about any vitamin and or supplement that I would take and or recommend. If you also want to know what vitamins to get before making a purchase of the fake stuff go to www.consumerlab.com and just get the FACTS! They are also an independent lab. Also if you know anything about the FDA is suppose to monitor and regulate dietary supplements through the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) 0f 1994. Unfortunately, due to woefully inadequate personal and limited budjet, FDA regulations are rarely enforced when it comes to dietary supplements. So before you make any comments about ANY type of supplements, do you due diligence first. Oh yeah...I hope this gets posted because I read that some peoples comments were not getting posted. I guess the host/webmaster is a Vemma hater? Happy Health To You All!

  20. Vemma is a great product that has trmendous health benefits if you havent tried it, you dont have the basis to critize it.

I dont know how i got to this piece of shit blog that offers anyone for free the opportunity to insult, well heres to you.

Besides the fact that Vemma in GOOD, you can also make money. maybe not a lot but enough to continue using the product and making money to pay for it

Vemma has helped me feel energetic and alert
enough to recomend it you you so you can make anough money to host your own web site and hire a paid designer you'll look better and feel better and think better.

    Heres Vemma to you !

    Thank you

  21. From the comments above, the absorbancy of the liquid vs. pill form vitamins is documented in detail if you ask any physician for a copy of the Physicians Desk Reference (PDR) that every physician looks at to read about contra-indications of pharmaceutical products. The PDR indicates that pills are absorbed at a rate of 15-20% while liquids are aborbed by 85-90%.

The banter back and forth is called freedom of speech, however let's all research the facts before you make comments that are not backed up by facts and rather someone probably just feeling bad because the OPPORTUNITY did not work for them.

As for the comments about pyramid schemes and the such, here is a two great articles about that topic. One from a Wallstreet financial advisor and another by a well known consultant that has been inside the industry for many years.

    http://www2.dailyprogress.com/cdp/business/local/article/cbj_the_false_lure_of_multi-level_marketing/43452/

    http://lajonwebb.com/another-mlm-fairy-tale-from-an-industry-outsider/

I think IF, and the question is IF you review it with an open mind, and IF you remain true to only going with the FACTS and NOT opinions, you will be enlighted.

I can't wait to see who is upset about the facts and I may have struck a discord with.

I am sure that I won't be disappointed, because any response will be filled with opinions.

  23. All the multi-level marketing just focus on how to promote and expand their down-line rather than to sell their product. F MLM.

  24. VEMMA is not a scam. Sonds like jealous competetiors posting negative comments. First you don't have to sell the product. you can just drink it. If your really interested to know the truth. Ask yourself? Do you have any confidence in Mens Journal, Mens Health, Medical journal, Dr. OZ. Ms. Fitness to name a few.. who are professional writers and say that VEMMA is the healthiest drink on the planet. BY THE WAY THE DRINKS OUR DELICOUS..

  25. so many debate about whether it's scam or not..
for those who still hesitate about this, i can GUARANTEE it's NOT a SCAM, Vemma is paying....and it's like any other business out there, the difference is that it's operated in the net.

maybe the pyramid scheme (or so you called it) has clouded your decision because of your negative background knowledge about everything like this.

you can be aware but don't be too sceptical...

  26. Why Can't We Just Be Friends?April 7, 2010 at 9:31 PM

Why does it cost $60 for 64 ounces/month? Couldn't I make my own Vemma with a blender and all the products listed above for less? I understand supply and demand and making a profit but that's a little expensive for 4-16 ounce gatorades at $4. Here's a tip everyone and I do this personally.
    1. blender
    2. whole banana $2/lb
    3. handful strawberries (frozen are fine)$2.88/bag
    4. blueberries (frozen fine)$2.88/bag
    5. Orange Juice $6/gallon
    6. Throw some ice and whatever veggies in and blend.
$15 rounded up and I make a months worth of fruit drinks. I even throw in yogurt sometimes and a scoop of whey protein or carrots.
I'm in Exercise Science and I study nutrition, anatomy, ect... this is a awesome and cheap way to get some healthy energy and it's cheap! Which all college students like me need.

I like the idea and philosophy of Vemma, but if the price runs that high.... no thanks. If anybody has something smartass to say like "oh you put a price on nutrition" I'll tell you that I have perfect credit, live on my own, pay for school, coach and play rugby, and only work part-time.....so Yeah, I guess I do!

-have fun blogging. this was difficult for me, i dislike it.

  27. "First you don't have to sell the product."

    - there you go, that is the statement we need.

Vemma may be a good product, how the business is run, that is another story. Take a good look at Lampe Berger.

  28. LOL!
The success of Vemma is a testament to the stupidity that runs through the human species. The fact is that folks have used this Multi-Level Marketing approach to rip off THOUSANDS of of people on all sorts of products and methods over the last 50 years. Any sane person should run for the hills as soon as someone they know presents them with this "once in a lifetime" opportunity. Vemma is nothing more than the same snake oil offered by snake oil salesmen of years past. Do yourself a favor and don't be an easy mark for these douchebags promising riches. I can guarantee that it will not be you that makes alot of money. Don't be an idiot and sign up with these thieves. Cheers!

  29. I use this product and was getting paid for a while, then vemma bounced a $3.00 check on me and it cost me $10.00 from my bank! thought this was a ok company until this happened! if they are making billions like some of these people claim why are they bouncing $3.00 checks! this is a pyramid scam! the only way you make money is to get people underneath you, I thought pyramid scams were illegal. called the company and they did nothing for me about this! to the guy that said he is making a truck load of money- you are only making that much because you started so early.

  30. hi, feel sorry for you and i have a solution. Firstly I m not a vemma member but i sincerely believe in the product as i have experienced its benefits personally. My wife, son & me have been using the product since last year. My son's speedy & amazing recovery skin problems & stronger immunity from flu & sore throats is my reason for recommending this product to others. This is after having tried so many types of vitamins and specialists for so long. I have since introduced the product to my circle of friends who are also reaping the benefits of better health. So heres my offer.....If you are located in Kuala Lumpur, i m willing to purchase all your stock (if in good condition) for a reasonable price so that others can benefit from it. Regards. DEL

  31. Regarding to the posts which were written by the people who claim that VEMMA is a great way to earn money: I would like to congratulate on your success. However, you are the ones out of hundred people who actually succeed. Before you claim that VEMMA is successful business, please take into account 99 out of 100 people who fail (yes, i agree that it is their problem, but who fed them with "over-the-top" expectations?). But the reason why they agreed to join this, is that "leader" convinced them to join by making over exaggerated promises and claims and do not familiarize perspective "victims" of dangers of such business. But that is the whole point of a good retailer.
My advise is: Do not take what scammers say for granted and do some research before you actually commit YOUR money to this business. Better be safe than sorry. In most cases, people found themselves "sorry".

  32. Vemma's distribution model, a network, is the business model that has created more millionaires than any other model since 1978. Even people like Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki say that, if they had to start all over, they would do network marketing! Warren Buffet owns three network marketing companies! Bottom line: it works! However, you still have to do the work! It is completely legal and not a pyramid.

I am astounded by the negative comments.Clearly those posters have neither researched network marketing nor Vemma. And know very little about nutrition. Vemma is a great product!

Do your homework before making rubbish comments based on fear and ignorance!

  33. I have been with Vemma for a while now. I have vemma builder. It is not a scam, it is a marketing tool designed to help you. Two I dont make a lot of money in Vemma, but i average 1100 a month. Its funny to read these, i pay 150 for product make little over a grand. thats a profit of 900. scam? no, just a regular guy who works hard. People who say companies are scams are people who assume. And assume means your gonna make an ass of you and me. (more you) I had no prior experience in mlm or anything. But i picked up books, took a class, and have some of the best mentors helping me. I dont go friends and family, I hold parties, events and gatherings, people ask me about it.
The thing is i make 1100 part time, and a year from now it will be 8k a week. if you dont understand it, dont knock it. MLM isnt bad, its a way for an average person to make great money if they work hard enough. Truth is americans are lazy. Dont want to put in the work. As far as marketing goes, even coca cola needs marketing, you think just cause their product is good it sells itself? Not in the begining it didnt. Now it does because everyone knows about it. Even then they still budgets hundreds of millions a year to market and advertise. Vemma? pays us to do that, its cheaper and a win for them and a win for us.
Before you knock off anything, research, vemma is a hightly credited BB business. Since we are the official drink of the phoenix suns, sean merriman, phoenix coyotes and charlotte bobcots, it makes no sense why these high profile people will deal with a scam.
Do yourselves a favor, research, actually look at the company, and see what they really are.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Vemma do have great testimonials and they offer a money-back guarantee, they truly believe in the product. Attached to the product you can get the opportunity to make money by becoming a distributor. This part is perhaps more suitable for a discussion about whether Vemma is a scam or a great opportunity.

Vemma teach their distributors to work their warm market, the market to their friends and family. Reality is that the circle of influence one might have, the warm market, is rather small and not very targeted. It doesn't make sense to market Vemma's health juice to Uncle Joey, whom is sitting on the couch all day watching football and keeping his male model like-body in shape by drinking adult beverages and consuming fast-food at a large scale.

If you want to grow a Vemma business, you need to be aware of the fact that 97 % of distributors in network marketing never get their business in profit, hence they feel it's a scam and for sure not a great opportunity.

If you don't know how to market or how to grow a business effectively, don't bother getting involved with the business opportunity (that is unless you educate yourself and learn how to grow a success network marketing business). I suggest you get your hands around some proven business building techniques or that you just use the healthy juice as a supplement to your diet.

Vemma is not a scam, but it's definitely not a stock option nor is it a lottery ticket. If you get involved with Vemma and do not have a clue about how to market effectively and especially don't know how to utilize the phone, the internet and the written word for your marketing advantage, it's going to be a struggle and might not feel like a great opportunity and even feel like Vemma is a scam.

  36. No sure about the vemmabuilder is scam or not? But,Vemma itself is definitely not. I consume vemma juice now for only 2 weeks, it did help increase my health to something, I really surprised at. I have a bad nose allergy in the past 4 years but after consumed Verve for only 2 weeks, it seems like the symptom been totally gone. It is really too true to be trusted....but bottomline for those who never try Vemma before pls keep your comments away because you are not qualified for that. Another thing is you can still market Vemma through official Vemma website rather than Vemmbuilder. If you don't trust vemmabuilder try vemma.com. Cheers

My step dad resently had open heart surgery due to 8 blockages and taking the vemma every day for a year prior to the surgery and whenn the doctors opened him up they found that he had grown extra veines from his heart to his other veines which prevented him from having a heart attack and dying ... the proof is in the pudding

I am glad he makes enough money from his product sales to support the use of his own product, but I think he is missing the point. He may also be missing a chromosome, or perhaps he has gained an extra one from all the product he consumes! He needs to stop by the local prison in order to find out what happens to those whom partake in the use of the said product that they are obligated to distribute, huh? Well, that's all folks. I'll stop back later in order to see how I get ripped up for my comment's.

  40. I can see some people really don't know what they are talking about when it comes to vemma! Vemma is an all natural vitamin that can only benefit you. It's not a miracle drug! IT'S VITAMIN PEOPLE! It will not work in an hour, it will not work over night, it will not work in a week. It is a vitamin so it will take some time to work according to what your body needs. Some may see a difference sooner then others. Taking pills take longer to work it's self into your system and you never get all of the vitamin, you will always loose some of the vitamin as it's being broken down by your body. As for Vemma it goes directly into your system because its a liquid. As for the pryamid effect ........ LOL !!! With a "pryamid' you have to wait until you reach the top level to get paid and no one else can get paid until they have moved to that position on the pryamid in order to get paid. Thats not how it works with Vemma, I can't speak for other network marking company but not with vemma. Everyone gets paid. Unlike other network marking company's you have to pay a fee to be a member. With vemma there is not fee!! Your use of the product is your fee. It may be a little costly but what would you be willing to pay for good health. The website has all the information you need to answer any of your questions about the product. The Vemma contains a full spectrum of 12 vitamins and antioxidants essential for health, over 65 major trace and ultra-trace plant-sourced minerals, phytonutrient-rich mangosteen fruit, organic and glyconutrient-rich aloe, as well as the legendary benefits of decaffeinated green tea. Ok!! 12 Vitamins, Essential Minerals, Mangosteen (high in antixidants) & Aloe Vera. So to the person that started this blog now you can do your research properly because your a joke! This is how you live your life HUH?? another Paris Hilton trying to get attention..... LOL !! As someone else said you must be bitter because you failed at network marketing & are unable to succseed at anything in life so you waist your days blogging and spitting negitive energy about anything to get a reaction. Take the other people's advise and read Rich Dad Poor Dad and then let someone show you just what vemma is all about. Or is that what this blog is all about in the first place. You want to be apart of vemma and are afraid to ask. All you have to do is just ask and you shale receive. LOL !!

  41. I am suffering from Lyme Disease and now on major IV antibiotic treatments. My mom has been buying the Vemma liquid vitamin for me. I thought "alright mom" I will try it if it makes you feel better. It has been amazing! I woke up this morning with a major HA, feeling weepy, and joint pains. I took the Vemma and I felt a little better and now all the previous symptoms are gone. It really helps me get through the day. It is a food based liquid and very easily absorbed.

  42. You are correct at the very beginning of this blog, it is your opinion. Nothing more or nothing less. Each individual must make up their own minds but please do so with correct information not "your opinions". VEMMA is an awesome product, and it certainly is not a get rich quick, use every soul that you encounter scheme. It takes work to make money at this business, just like it does at anything you do in life. This product, VEMMA, has helped my health out in so many ways. I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes (3) years ago and nothing has helped. I am on medication, changed my diet, exercise, etc. For (3) years nothing has really changed. I started taking VEMMA late July 2010, got blood work done 8/26/2010 and my cholesterol went down to 123, by glucose went to (113), and my fasting blood sugar count was (124). Trust me this is amazing, and the VEMMA had to have made this impact. I have a lady in my office that takes insulin, her blood sugar in the morning was over (200) every day. She has been on VEMMA for a month, it is around (100) every morning now. Yes I get people to sign up for the product using my website with VEMMA, but I haven't quit my day job either!!!!! It pays for my product that myself and my family use to get healthier. Nothing wrong with that, or are you stating that making a profit is a problem???? You are slamming a product you don't even take!!!!
"First off, try going to their actual website and get info: the whole thing is just an email submit for if you want to make money with the Vemma Builder. Looks like a bunch of scammers who would scam anything, but Vemma is just the literal flavor of the month!" These are your words, and they are absolutely nothing more than rubbish. Again, if you haven't tried it, why on earth are you starting this blog up with this stuff, which you have not even taken? By the way, the company website is real tough to find. Maybe you don't have enough nutrition in your body and mind to go to www.vemma.com. I understand that may take some actual thought to hit your key board and enter that but maybe you just don't have enough brain power to get that. Try some VEMMA, maybe it will help get some of that HATERAID out of you. Have a wonderful day.

  43. First of all I would conduct my own research on the product and draw my own conclusions. That being said, someone writing that their step-dad "resently" was opened up for heart surgery and the "doctors found that he had extra veines from his heart going to other veines" does not inspire confidence in ANYTHING that they would be trying to sell me. Also, chances are if you can't SPELL pyramid you probably have no idea what one is or how it works Grace. So glad VEMMA is helping to put you through college but perhaps you should retake a class or two! It will certainly help you "succseed in life" and not "waist your days blogging and spitting negitive energy about anything to get a reaction". Oh, I'd certainly buy something she thinks is wonderful!

  44. I like it and I dont care about the price because I'm educated enough to have a job and a lifestyle the $60 doesnt hurt. I dont pay $60 a week for a carton of cigs, I dont spend $200 a night at the bar, $30 a month on soda pop. $700 a month for child support.

I guess that's because I'm not the average american dumb ass.

  45. I'm looking into the Vemma product this week to compare it to the nutritional products I currently use. That's called doing your homework. But, I really enjoyed reading the above comments. Nothing is a scam unless you make it one. Do your own research. I would venture to say that those who believe this is a scam are either MLM'ers from other network marketing companies trying to keep their downline from leaving or just truly angry people who are just too lazy to succeed and lost a little money sitting on their backsides trying the Vemma business plan.
Anyway, what is a pyramid scheme? Is that where there is a president of a company who has two vice presidents and they each have two directors under them who each have 4 regional managers who each have 8 sales managers who each have two inside sales reps who each have an administrative assistant...? You probably work for a pyramid scheme yourself where the people at the top make all the money, right?

  47. My kids and I have been using Vemma since last Spring. Usually, cold and flu season is an absolute nightmare. It's been an entirely different story this year. My kids have not missed one day of school. We are not at the doctors' office 4/5 times a month. All major "tummy problems" caused by nasty little bugs have skipped over us. My biggest complaint is that I had a head cold that lasted 3 days (instead of the 7-10 days of misery I normally experience). My husband is the only one who's been ill--he refuses to take Vemma.

Vemma is the only change to our normal diet (important to note that we eat lots of fruits/veggies, don't eat out much and try to eat organic as much as reasonably possible). Anyway, based solely on our results and the facts of our life, I have to assume that we are getting some benefit from the product.

We took an "ordinary" multi-vitamin before switching to Vemma, so I disagree that it's the same as any other multi-vitamin. But, not every product works for every person. Most people don't give things enough time to change their bodies. There are NO magic pills. You have to give a new product 90-180 days to really see a difference. You need to be very suspicious of the ingredients in a product that makes you feel better within a matter of days.

Doing your homework is critical to making an educated decision about any product you buy. I don't have any comment as to how the company is run as I am only a user of the product and do not sell it. I'll leave that argument to the rest of you.

  49. I will not comment about the product itself but the marketing itself. I support MLM style of payout and someday when i view the picture of promote itself, it does relate Robert from richdad.com but i want to find out why Robert who is a famous writer endorse this Vemma company.

Then, I become richdad website subscriber and i try e mail the customer service does Robert endorse Vemma. They reply us in few days later saying Robert din endorse the company at all.

So why a "good product company" want to do marketing like that?

    I LOVE Vemma.....

  51. I love how people think that multi level marketing is a SCAM. Everyone wants to sit around and do nothing and expect to get rich quick. If you ever go to a Vemma meeting 80% is devoted to talking about the product. The other 20% is about building your business. The product works. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks and I feel amazing. The people on your team will help you build your business because it benefits them as well. Don't call something a SCAM that you really have no idea about. You're on the outside looking in at it. Try getting involved and you can see the big picture. Nobody is pushy about getting their team members to sign people up. Some people want nothing to do with the marketing aspect. They are what we call DRINKERS and that is fine. The bottom line is the product works. When I was approached about it nobody told me it was a get rich scheme. It's a long term investment both financially and for your health and you can share it with those you love so they can be healthy as well and if you want to market it and make money all you need to do is devote yourself to it and be passionate about a product that can add years to your life.

  55. I wouldn't consider this a scam at all. It is an awesome product that actually lets everyone try it there first month anyways risk free so if it doesn't work out in the first month you can return the bottles and get the money back. Also I wouldn't call it a scam, they offer you the option to GET YOUR PRODUCT PAID FOR,which is why I'm a builder. And if it was a scam, they wouldn;t have upline leaders there to help you out.

  57. I could care less if its a scam, I am simply not interested. I just want to know how I can get them to stop emailing me? I have not signed up for anything, but someone did using my information and I get phone calls and emails from all sorts of places and its driving me nuts. I don't need some wackjob calling me 15 times a day and flooding my email with crap about a product NO ONE has heard of. I have SEVERAL health problems and treat them with all natural meds and diet. No one I have spoken to on any of my health boards, doctors visits or anywhere has heard of VEMMA or the other NUMEROUS "Vitamin" companies. I choose to avoid them because honestly, if someone died or became ill from a product I sold them I would be devastated. I will stick to nursing/midwifery and newborn photography for income thank you! Again, does anyone know how I can get these morons to leave me alone?

  58. A site like this is like a toilet wall. Anyone can write anything they like without consequence. When someone has something negative to say about a substantial company such as Vemma, it usually says more about them than it does about the company they are attacking.

Often people who run and participate in these so called forums are malcontents and chronic underachievers. They therefore have a need to find fault with others who dare to pursue their dreams in a positive way. In a perverse way they get their power from this type of behaviour, in their search for significance.

Life is too short for this nonsense.

  59. On Thursday, October 6th, 2011 Dr. Oz who Vemmas claims often to support them said on television that he DOES NOT endorse anything so if anyone tell you otherwise.... RUN!!!

As well, I did try Vemma. I had my blood tested and I was told that I was low in many nutrients that Vemma has. As well you need other things to asorb certain vitamins like iron. There is not iron in vemma. Don't believe me do a blood test before starting and one afterwards, but keep all the rest of your habits the same.

    Very, very much a scam!

  60. After using the bottle for a few weeks I started to like it and even felt better about a medical issue I was having, UNTIL YESTERDAY, when another box of Vemma showed up. I was with a friend at the Virginia Beach half marathon on labor day weekend when I bought some to be sent to my home, and we are both absolutely certain that we were not told we were doing more than having a single purchase mailed to us. I even commented about how it was an awful lot of paperwork for me to get a fedex delivery of what I purchased, but I stupidly did not read the contract and was scammed. I called in and had auto-delivery turned off (I hope they honor my call) but I am pretty furious about the deceptive business practice. Was this just a rogue sales person or is this what they are taught to do? I sent an email to them on their website and if I hear back I will post the response. Until then, though I like the product, I can't deal with deceptive business people and may discontinue using it.

  61. Don't know if my last post will get posted, but I talked about the fact that I was signed up for auto delivery without my knowledge. I wrote to Vemma customer service and go this response. I frankly was impressed.

"Thank you for submitting your email. We are sorry to hear that you were set up on an Auto-delivery without your consent. Our Brand Partners are not permitted to create an Auto-delivery orders for their enrollees without the consent of the cardholder. We will be happy to issue a full refund for the second order you received if you send the package back to us. We see that an RMA number was provided to you so that you may return this package. If you incur any shipping costs when returning the package, please feel free to provide a copy of the receipt so that we may refund those charges as well. We sincerely apologize for the unwanted order and we have forwarded your email to the appropriate department so they may track this situation. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns."

  62. You're a clearly an angry loser who has at one point tried an MLM, probably didn't actually really try but expected to get rich quick...and failed. You have not one ounce of intelligent matter in your "VEMMA SCAM" article (if you can call it an article) and you sound like an uneducated ranter. What exactly was your reason for saying it was a scam anyway? I think I missed that somewhere. Oh -- because it tastes bad?

Vemma products are actually incredibly tasty and are making a positive impact on people's lives both healthfully and financially. I'm sorry that it didn't work out for you.

While you suffer with your sniffly colds this winter season, crying in your Neo Citron about how you didn't make any money on Vemma... the rest of us will enjoy our health. Oh--- and I'm just a product user btw..not even a business builder... so don't waste your angry reply on me about scam-a-lam!

haha! That's my reply to your childishly written "rant."

  66. I was told to type "vemma scam" and I was told I would not find anything. BUT all the product review sites I saw, only reviewed one product, and that is Vemma. Why would a whole bunch of product review sites only review one product?

Also, I was told I'd get a website to help sell this "opportunity" to others. This all leaves me to believe that all the websites telling me that this is not a scam, are run by the people who fell for the scam.

Perhaps your product itself is harmless. The fact that It's not FDA approved means nothing to me as Monsanto owns the FDA and approves poison anyway...

But that is no excuse for such a terrible business practice that targets young, college-aged kids who have yet to have encounters with scams like this and are unlikely to see the flaws of the pyramid scheme.

  67. An Analysis of Vemma Inc:
Over the past couple of months, I have been bombarded with posts pertaining to a certain multi-level marketing business called Verve, a subsidiary of Vemma Inc nutrition drinks. I decided to investigate Verve, and found it to be an organization specializing in the sale of energy drinks. Its particular slogan, “young people revolution” focuses on the recruitment of marketers aged 19-25. Their target for recruitment lies in individuals who are looking for a quick and easy way to make big money straight out of school.
Their compensation plan can be found here:
    Vemma Compensation Plan
After reviewing the compensation plan for Verve (aka a subsidiary of Vemma), it seemed very way too complicated for an ordinary person to sit down and understand. The chain system consist of individuals ranked my minimum ‘qualifying volumes’, meaning that you must buy a certain amount of merchandise for the person who recruited you to earn commission. Verve requires each “brand partner” to have to leaves, left and right, and each of those leaves should have left and right leaves as well (kind of reminds me of a binary tree in computer science).
Once you have those two leaves, you are qualified to earn constant income starting a $100 a month, but of course you paid $500 to join the club, so it will take you 5 months to just break even. Not to mention all the meetings and hours of recruiting you have to put into the program.
There are multiple levels of enrolment ie. bronze, silver, platinum etc. each having a separate pay grade as you climb the ladder, but each to achieve each pay grade requires that the two leaves to your left and right have also achieve higher pay grades, and in order for them to get higher pay grades they must recruit more people. Basically anything below the “Star Presidential” level, where people can make (at best) $36,000 a year, can be made by holding a minimum wage job.
Of course, people don’t join Verve with the outlook income of, at best, a minimum wage job. At least with a minimum wage job you are guaranteed that much money if you work for it, Verve brand partners are not guaranteed any net income.
Anything above the Star Presidential level the annual compensation more becomes more lucrative, climbing into the hundreds of thousands and eventually past the million mark. But lets do a simple computation to see how many people you would need to buy in to Verve to have reach these lucrative pay grades.

    ReplyDelete
  68. At the star Ambassador level, where a fixed yearly income of $120,000 is paid, the brand partner must have 210 members under its wing, that is, over 1000 people must have bought into the Verve chain, paying at least $500 each, that’s $500,000 in total. In other words, you make $500,000 for Verve, and it will take you over 4 years to break even with that money. But of course, at this point of the game, making $120,000/year is a pretty decent pay.
But the first question to arise is, out of all the 14 pay grades, what percentage of people actually get to be at the pay grades making more than minimum wage? Let’s do a simple computation:
    Total number of people,
    214= 16,384
Where 14 is the number of levels in the Verve system.
Number of people above the Star Presidential Grade:
    26 = 64
Where 6 is the number of levels in the elite pay grades.
Therefore, the percentage of people making money above the minimum wage is:
    64/16,384 = 0.00390 = 0.39%
Therefore, only 0.39% of people will be making money over the minimum wage, and 99.61% of people in Verve will be struggling to make money below the minimum wage. Now how is this a reasonable business opportunity if you look at it from a statistical standpoint?
    Number of people in debt:
Previously, I mentioned that there are always two people at the bottom of each chain who just bought into the program. Now these people, at the bottom of the pit have paid $500 for an overpriced stash of energy drinks, each being $500 in debt. Since they are at the lowest level, level 13 (with 14 levels in total), 213 = 8192, people have, or 50% of the entire Verve population are in debt. In this scheme, we can expect 50% of the people to be in debt at all times.
    Psychological Misguidance:
Now some people will think that they can beat the odds, and climb up to that lucrative 0.39% elite status, but in fact everyone who has joined Verve will think that. The psychology becomes so, that the greed for fast and easy money overcomes the need for logical thinking. In reality, most people who end up buying into Verve will be in debt or making less than minimum wage.
The more Verve tries to portray itself as a legitimate business, with the “young people revolution” slogan, the hotel gathering conferences, the photographs of youthful individuals smiling and having a good time, the more people will feel comfortable with the business and begin to ignore all the severe and inherent problems with the business model.
    Final Thoughts:
My message would not to be only for the people considering Multi-Level Marketing as a legitimate career, but for the people at the head of the pyramid, the founders, who, I am sure, know exactly how their business model works. And I am sure that they know very well that they are straight up financially exploiting thousands of people through their illegitimate actions. My question to the people at the head of the pyramid scheme is, “how do you sleep at night?”
